A Potential Fun Design Project, FaceTime With Mom & More: My Tuesday Gratitudes

Project 365, Day 75/365

Last week, right around this time, I decided against doing a post on my weekly gratitudes. AND GUESS WHAT HAPPENED? I had a pretty awful week after. Ohhh no, that won’t happen to me again this week. So, here goes, because I actually like doing this, but also, I guess I’m a little bit superstitious about it now.

I’m grateful for my physical therapist who is so kind and supportive but also pushes me.

I’m grateful for elastic hair ties. (I mean, what did people with long hair do before them?)

I’m grateful for grocery pick up so I don’t have to go inside but also don’t have to pay a ton on $$ in delivery fees.

I’m grateful for yummy plump strawberries from the local farmers market Charles and I started frequenting.

I’m grateful that my favorite coffee place opened close by to where I live, but also maybe not because now I don’t have a 40 minute drive to deter me from spending money on coffee.

I’m grateful for ice cream (duh, you already know that).

I’m grateful my mom finally got an iPhone so now she FaceTimes me instead of just calling me…for better or for worse haha.

I’m grateful my sweet twin nephews are about to turn 11 and I was around for so much of their young lives before moving out to LA, so much so that I can still feel close to them even all the way out here.

I’m grateful an old friend reached out to me to possibly be his interior designer on a new home he’s under contract for (whether it works out or not, I’m still grateful he thought to ask me)!

I’m grateful for indoor plants. I like to talk to them like they’re pets. Heck, sometimes I sing to them. I hear they like that.

I’m grateful for rain.

I’m grateful for my readers.

See you tomorrow, friends.
